This is one I really started to get a grasp of what I wanted to do with acrylics. This painting actually belongs to my mother now so any time I am with family I can look at this and gather a sense of where I started and where I'm headed.

Throwback Vol. 2 "Carmela"
This painting was the 3rd acrylic painting I ever did, you can most likely tell from the clumsy way it was painted, it still holds a special place in my heart though. The painting is meant to evoke the idea that human beings have been trying to protect themselves from the natural ways of things, living beyond their age and means. Avoiding time's certain grasp.

Throwback Vol. 1 "Casino Dragon"
This was one of the first paintings I did with acrylics and during this painting cycle since 2005 up tell now. It was inspired by the Milton Bradly game entitled "Dark Tower". Quite an awesome artist and a major influence on my style. Check out his work here.

This painting belongs to a good friend of mine and it's always nice to see it when I go hang out with him. Enjoy~
